A dedicated husband and proud father, Taylor lives near the Florida coast with his wife, son, and two beloved dogs. His personal values—trust, stewardship, and family—are at the heart of every property Peake manages.

Zach is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in property management, hospitality, and property onboarding. He has successfully led multi-state portfolios, overseeing large teams and a diverse range of properties while driving growth, streamlining operations, and enhancing customer experiences.

Residing near the Chesapeake, Zach enjoys traveling to new destinations, playing golf, hanging out with friends and family, and following his favorite sports teams. He values time spent outdoors, whether on the water or exploring new places, and brings the same enthusiasm and dedication from his personal passions into his professional work.
